Hi there!
I am hoping to find someone familiar with IONM coding denials.....
We are frequently encountering denials with 95941, 94940, 95937 (stating it is bundled) with UHC, BCBS, etc
Tried changing the mods to 26, as there was a denial with POS mismatch
The doctor's services is provided in Inpatient Hospital setting and both Tech and Pro components are billed separately with TC and 26 mods appropriately and the Tech bill amount gets denied...stating POS mismatch with TC modifier
