Wiki IP readmit - NP or Est pt?

I have a pediatric pt that was admitted on 10/11/11 and discharged on 10/14/11. She was then readmitted on 10/15/11 and transferred on 10/16/11. Since the readmit was within 30 days of original admission would I charge another initial IP visit or an established subsequent care IP visit?
