Good morning, my physician inserted a SCS generator with leads, the 63685, and 63650 x 2. However, he had to have the patient go back into the OR and remove everything as the patient was having difficulty walking. I am asking how to bill this, as this was all done in one day. Can you get credit for the implant placement as reduced services, then bill the revision code 63688?
