Is this 43266 or 43233? Study shows endoscope placement to the EG junction. LUQ clip is noted. Endoscope removal followed by guidewire placement, extending across the EG junction. Esophageal stent was then navigated across the expected location of the EG junction, and the stent was balloon dilated.

IMPRESSION:
Fluoroscopic guidance during EGD and esophageal stent placement as above.
