Does this mean that the bolded services of assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, etc. are included in this code and that the provider should not bill additional codes representing these listed services with the H0015? I am specifically trying to determine if psychotherapy codes (like 90832) fall into the counseling services and should not be billed separately. Thank you.
