Wiki is it appropriate to code 80525 with 34615

I've been getting a lot of rejections when coding these together. Sometimes a remark code will say that I do not need the venipuncture code but then when I add it it is saying bundled. to muddy the waters even more, sometimes the clinic sends the collection to a lab and sometimes it does not! Please help!
