Patient was admitted to hospital after falling from his balcony at home. Exam revealed several abrasions on his arm. He was admitted for observation of a possible internal injury. The final diagnosis was listed as: Fall from balcony. Concussion ruled out. Which would be the correct diagnosis out of these two?
1) 913.0 - Superficial injury of arm or 2) V71.4 - Observation following accident?
