Can anyone tell me if it is possible to bill a preventive visit 99392 w/ V70.2 and also bill code 96110 using the DX V79.3. The doctor is doing a screening for Autism. I can't seem to get this code paid. Is there something else that could be billed? Looking for any guidance anyone could give me. Thanks
