Wiki Is there a code we can get paid for when we fill out MV Placard/Handicap Application?

Has anyone heard of a payable code to use when the physician fills out the form for a patient to apply for a MV handicap placard application or is this included in the office visit?

I came up with 99080, which is non-payable by Medicare.
 
99080 would be the appropriate "code" for billing, but most carriers will not consider this a payable item as you discovered with Medicare. Most offices will have a set policy in which they charge the patient a specific fee for form completion based on disability forms, FMLA, handicap placard, etc.
