Wiki is there a diagnosis code for this situation?

The patient came to ED with right upper extremity pain and numbness. Oatient was found to have a right brachial artery thrombus. Patient has a history of atrial fibrillation and has been taking Eliquis, but stopped one week ago due to a change in insurance.

There are codes for intentional and unintentional underdosing, but is there anything to use for discontinuation for financial reasons? Would Z91.14 work?

I think I would go with Z91.120 for the financial hardship because he needed the drug covered by insurance to be able to afford it. remember this is the 3rd code, code the problem first, the T code for underdosing second and the non-compliance 3rd.
