Wiki is there a low risk for non treatment?

Hello:
If a patient does not get treatment for hearing loss, or is getting ears tested routinely with audio and tympanometry tests, does any of this constitute low risk MDM?
If wax removal is done at same visit, is this low risk?
How does impact to quality of life factor in?
