Is this a biopsy colonoscopy or not?

Patient came in for a colonoscopy. A staple suture was found and removed by biopsy forceps. How should I code this: colonoscopy, biopsy colonoscopy, or foreign body removal colonoscopy, or other? Thanks.

I can't post the note. Patient came for colonoscopy for change in bowel habits (787.99) and all that was found was the staple, melanosis, and internal hemorrhoids. Hope this helps.
