If a 15 yr old is seen by an adult cardiologist who reads an echo can my pediatric cardiologist who has re-read that echo charge for it?
 
We also might take into consideration the fact that if the code has a technical and professional component, then the physician that interprets the echo for the facility would get the professional component.
