O99.283 endocrine complicating pregnancy
o24.415 gestational diabetes mellitus in pregnancy controlled by oral hypoglycemic drugs
 
It is redundant if the gestational diabetes is the only endocrine problem documented. You will notice there is an excludes 2 note for the O24 codes, meaning you would code both IF the documentation supported the gestational diabetes and another endocrine issue.
