Can anyone help me with a diagnosis code for IVD?
 
I would just use 459.9
That's what you find if you look up Vascular Disease and Ischemia.

I had a similar question: Lateral Wall Ischemia?
I wasn't sure whether to use 459.9 or coronary ischemia 414.9
Any ideas?
