Issues billing J9172 docetaxel (ingenus) not therapeutically equivalent to j9171, 1 mg

Has anyone had issues billing J9172 docetaxel (ingenus) not therapeutically equivalent to j9171, 1 mg for DOS April 2024. Our local MAC, Novitas is stating this HCPCS code is not active, but per CMS it was issued a unique HCPCS code as of 01/01/24. We are being told they see the code in their system but CMS hasn't activated it yet. There is no ASP but it is a active code, it should be paid according to their website FAQ it should be paid since we are instructed to always use the most specific code and not an unlisted.
