I have a provider that has done an ablation but is looking to do a second ablation. He is attempting to induce an arrhythmia to do a second ablation. The second ablation does not occur because no arrhythmia was able to be induced. Is the Isuprel billable in this scenario? It was not done prior to the primary ablation.

If it is during the same time on the table, I would not code the 93623 after the primary ablation to try and induce a second arrhythmia. I would only code if the Isuprel was administered before the first ablation.
