IT Band Tenodesis with Arthroscopic ACL repair

Hello,

Does anyone have any coding insight how to capture an open IT band tenodesis that's done in conjunction with an Arthroscopic ACL repair? Our providers have been doing this procedure with their ACL repair more frequently now and there's a lot of ambiguity of there in terms of coding this procedure. Any suggestions are appreciated!! Thank you in advance :)
 
The ACL repair is 29888 and the IT band tenodesis is 27427. These are considered to be bundled, so it requires the use of a 59 modifier to bypass the edit
