I am having trouble finding a CPT code for the revision of an Intrathecal pump pocket. She just revising the pocket by removing the suture that is holding the generator down, which is causing pain for the patient. This will be done in the Hospital, outpatient setting, and the facility won't typically be paid with unlisted procedures. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
