Patient was seen on 3/9/21 for IUD removal and replacement. Later that day, provider realized IUD was expired and brought patient back a week later. Can I bill both dates of services or just 1????

Thank you

How does you provider feel about malpractice suits? Not kidding. It was provider error and I would not be billing for both.

I agree. Clearly, there was an error. Office/provider made the error. I would not bill to fix the error.
