I require your assistance HCPCS code J7300 and S4989 are not the same HCPCS codes or an exact one to one relationship and or match correct??

Plus S HCPCS codes are temporary codes that are meant only for Private Payors..any words of wisdom on this subject??

What exactly was done and what product was used? I don't understand the context of the question.

J7300 is for paragard supply. If you need to bill Mirena it is J7302. This is for buy and bill. Insertion is 58300.
