Provider planned for hysteroscopy for lost IUD. Patient had Cytotec which allowed the provider to retrieve the strings from the lower uterine segment using dressing forceps. The IUD was not removed or replaced, just repositioned. What CPT code is the appropriate code?
 
If this was done in a hospital setting, then the only code you would be able to use is the hysteroscopy code of 58555.
