Hi,

Please clarify on coding 96374 & 96376 on the following timings

Lopressor given on 23:01,23:30 & 23:38

Can I code as 96374 & 96376 or 96374 alone

Please advise :)
 
I think You can code 96374 & 96376.

Though CPT 96376 is done twice after the initial push, it can be used once, since the time interval between the first (23:01) and third (23:38) push only will eligible (minimum thiry minutes interval needed) for getting billed.

Can 96376 be used for Rocephin when the start and stop time equals 27 min? And after an initial of 96365 has been charged by giving another drug infusion.
