Wiki IV Infusion

Pt. had an IV infusion. The RN entered the start time but forgot to enter the end time, this was noticed a few days later, she then went in to enter the stop time as the time she DC'd the pt. I'm not comfortable with this as there is no true documentation of the stop time. Can this be coded as a push?
