Wiki Iv push done in office cpt code?

What code do you use if you are doing an IV push, less than 15 minutes; sometimes only for saline, but if it happened to be with medications then what would that be? This is done by our ARNP in our office.

Also, for Dialtiazam we're showing J3490, is that correct? Thanks for your help.

One other question, patient was in office and had an iv push for adenosine by our
ARNP for his afib, is this billable and if so what CPT code?
