Wiki IV push same drug 30 minute rule clarification

The patient was given Morphine at 1153, 1215 and 1233. There are less than 30 minutes between each dose but there are more than 30 minutes between the first and third dose. Can we charge 96376 one time for the 30 plus minutes between the first and third doses?
