I have only billed primary care. My son in law has started an IV therapy company. I see there are CPT codes for the actual IV therapy and also the administration of the medication or vitamins. Since they are a mobile company, is there any CPT code for a home visit offered as the IV therapy is done by an RN under the direction of my son in law who is a nurse practitioner. Soon he will be in an actual office setting.
