Does anyone know if procedures 36010 and 75825 can be billed with procedure 37191 if a modifier 59 is applied to them? I am gettting conflicting information.

Per NCCI this combo of codes has an indicator of "1", you may bill with an approprite modifier if the services are appropriate to bill.Does anyone know if procedures 36010 and 75825 can be billed with procedure 37191 if a modifier 59 is applied to them? I am gettting conflicting information.
However guidelines are specific for IVC filter placement that access and guidance are included in the IVC filter placement code, and code 36010 and 75825 are inclusive in the 37191.

If 36010/75825 are performed in the same session as the 37191, then they should not be separately billed.
