I need some assistance in coding the following for CASCC code around: deployment of nitinol IVC filter under fluoroscopy. I have 76000 and 36010 but there's something missing. I've pretty much used every code and I'm now at a loss.

You would code 37191 - and that is all. You would not code 76000 and 36010 as access, catheterization, fluoro, S & I are all included in 37191.
 
I've tried 37191 because that appears to be the correct code but the system keeps saying that it is incorrect. It also said that 76000 and 36010 are correct. I am baffled on this one and I don't know what to do.

If the date of service (or date of the code-around) is prior to 1/1/2012, then the appropriate codes would be 36010, 37620, 75940.
 
It took 37620 but not 75940. Thank you so much! I never would have gotten them since they're deleted codes. It's is very much appreciated.:D
