How would you code an ivig 20g vial given from 820-1140 and ivig 10g vial from given from 820-1140. The treatment is not ordered as separate bags, but as one dose it just happens to come in multiple vials. A nurse could in all actuality hang them all at one time we just don’t make it our practice because it requires additional tubing to do it that way. Given this how would you bill this scenario 96365 x 1 and 96366 x 2? Appreciate everyone's input on this case
