Hi, Looking for thoughts on how this is coded? IVUS catheter was placed in the proximal LAD and unable to be advanced due to calcium & angulation. No interpretation was made. Would the IVUS be coded with mod 74 or not coded? Coding for a facility. The cath lab coded the IVUS catheter C1753. Thank you
