I am receiving an error when billing multiple vessels IVUS during one visit. The codes used are 37250 and 75945 for the initial vessel and 37251 and 75946 for each additional. I have billed a total of four vessels and the error states I can only bill one additional vessel. I have not seen information on this.

Who is the "error" from? Is it an edit on your system, or an actual denial from a payer
