Where would I find the exact information on the NDC Listings for J Codes?

Right now, I'm looking for the NDC for J3420, Vitamin B-12 injection, and how I report the
measurement and quantity on the claim form.

Can someone lead me in the right direction?

This might be helpful. Type the drug you're looking for in the Drugs A-Z section and scroll thru the results. You should be able to find it.
