There are multiple NDCs that could apply for that HCPCS code, it can depend on who the manufacturer is as well. With our EMR, we are able to scan the boxes of the medications to make sure we get the correct NDC code from it to match the bill. Without further info directly from the box or manufacturer I am not sure if you can accurately select an NDC code.
