Can someone please help?
Physician injects 2mL of J0558 into l buttock and into r buttock for dx syphilis.

Does this mean he used two pre loaded syringes? or does he have to mix and administer the drug twice? The hcpcs states that J0558 = 100,000 units. (per syringe?)
Would I be coding J0558 X2?
