I have a claim that has been rejected by the payer for J0585. When I look J0585 up in Encoder, there are 2 LCD's listed. G24.3 is listed on the L33458 (chemodenervation) article dx list, but not on L34434 (Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy And Visualization) article dx list. The claim is rejecting for L34434. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to stop the rejection for L34434? Thank you in advance?
