How would you accurately report on the claim line 300mg administered and 600mg wasted? I have attached the Vitalware description for this Drug and NDC. Thank you in advance!

Hi, since 300 mg of J0736 is equal to 1 billing unit, you would have to break it down to one claim line of J0736 with 1 unit, and one claim line of J0736-JW modifier, and 2 units. Hopefully that helps!
