Is anyone else having an issue with J1050 denying due to NCD? I am seeing remits with denials related to a (NCD) National Coverage Determination rather than the (NDC) National Drug Code that has been mentioned on previous posts This mainly seems to be related to Anthem, Molina and UHC claims. I cannot seem to get anywhere with asking our contracted billing service to look into these denials. Any assistance or insight would be appreciated.
