I have a quick question. I know when billing for J1071, it is billed per 1 mg. Can someone tell me what the fee is for this code? I'm thinking its .03 per mg? is this correct?

What do you mean by "the fee for this code"? Your organization should have their own fee schedule for every CPT and HCPCS code you bill, which should NOT be the same as the reimbursement amount.

Yes, the reimbursement rate is about $0.3 per 1 mg unit. I bill 200 units per ml.
