Hello,
my oncologist is billing for the j2796/nplate. Uhc mc advantage is denying/recouping if this is done within three days of the previous tx. I have been in contact with uhc and have also reviewed the novitas website, however, they cannot provide me with specific documentation. Can anyone tell me if there is a policy or link anywhere that i can provide to my physicians?
