Hello,
I am getting denials from medicare stating Kenalog isn't covered under patients plan. I have looked at their site and I still don't see anything, anyone else have any updates?

Is it straight Medicare? Who is the carrier? Is the NDC number correct? Are you giving it all by itself or is it part of a procedure like Moh's surgery? Are you giving it as a trigger point injection and are you doing so more frequently than your LCD allows (in some cases, 3 times per year)? What is the diagnosis on the claim? What else happened at the same encounter?
