I have a patient being billed for the drug codes J7320 and J7328. I am having trouble finding what Medicare would reimburse for these drug codes as they are not on the quarterly ASP spreadsheets. Does anyone have any advice or knowledge of whether or not these are paid by Medicare and if so where I would find this information? Thanks!
 
Since those companies chose not to report, you will only know when you receive payment. I called WPS and was told since they don't report its either because code not covered (which we know they are covered) or they have to reach out for pricing and you will know once you receive payment.
Now my question is once I receive that amount is it good for the next quarter?
