Hello,
I need help clarifying the correct quantity amt for J7613 when a pt is given 2.5mg*/3/ml. Since the Hcpcs code specifies milligrams, should the correct billed amt be a quantity of "3?" Or, is one unit of J7613 sufficient for this dosage? Thanks
