I use 15330-15331 for graft jacket. That is what medicare uses also.

Does anyone know what code to bill for the surgeon applying a Jacket Graft on a shoulder repair?
use code for shoulder repair (29827, 23420 or 23412) and add 22 modifier. Can't use the 15000 series.

I use the shoulder repair code and the graft code.
Some insurances will pay but usually want a prior authorization and some do not pay.
