Can anyone share their job description after their organization went on EMR? How did your coding job change? Our coders are located in each clinic (currently there are over 15 clinics specialty and family practice), did anyone see changes to that with downsizing or centralizing their staff in one location? Did your coding change more to auditing or more being a biller? Thanks for your help!
