I did finished my Medical Coding Specialist program, however It just hard to find a job without certification. anyone know if I can get a coder job without CPC?
 
It's very unlikely you'll find any positions that don't require a recognized certification - having said that, there are sometimes jobs that appear where gaining a certification within a specified timeframe is required.
You are definitely at a disadvantage without a certification; plenty on this forum will attest to not being able to get a job even with a certification - experience is what employers are looking for. Check out non-coding jobs like data entry, A/R, front desk jobs in a doctor's office. That's where many coders start their HIM career. It is unrealistic to expect just to walk into a coding job with no certification and no experience but don't let that put you off a career in coding.
