I need a job title for a position that will scan and index medical and dental records into the patient's chart. It can't be Medical Records Clerk because we already have someone in that position who handles ROI's and medical records requests from providers.
 
Depending on who is your EHR/EMR subscriber is they may have title's available for you to use. We used QCI "Quality Control Indexer's" This seems to fit the description of someone who is prepping, scanning, and indexing the documentation.
