I have a question regarding multiple job titles. I am a CPC and i just got promoted to the billing administrator. When I sign my name, in what is proper for the titles?

Any input is appreciated. Thank you
 
by what do you mean "sign" --signatures on your emails/correspondence? if so I post mine like so:

Louise Rodriguez CPC
Billing Office Manager
etc....
