Hello, I am a CPC-A. I passed my test in September 2021 after completing my certificate program at a local college. I was wondering coders experiences for on the job training. I know every job is different but looking for some insight. Do you get trained with a preceptor? Are you in a work place that you have other coders that are experienced for help.
