I have been arguing back and forth with my supervisor about this for 3 days. The codes 59425 and 59426 for the antepartum care only, you ONLY code one or the other....correct? She is stating that you code 59425 for the 4th,5th,and 6th visit. THEN bill 59426 for the 7th and any visit past that. I have tried to tell her this is incorrect but she is never wrong. :mad: I just need a little clarification. She makes me feel like an idiot. She isn't even a coder!!!!!!

You would only code one or the other. If they were only seen for 4-6 visits, then you would use 59425. If they were seen for 7 or more visits, you would use 59426. You are correct.
